THE THIRTEEN TUESDAYS PROJECT
I am writing to apply for a 2017 Farsdale Arts Council grant following the application guidelines provided on the Farsdale Arts Council website.
Abstract:
There isn’t a city in the world that generates more prayers per capita than the city of Farsdale, Massachusetts. Yet, despite the hard work of Farsdale’s city council, its teachers, and its many outreach workers, most citizen prayers remain unanswered.
